The greatest Sunday Sesh ever takes place on Sunday, May 21 at The Industrique, located at 5-7 Louvain Street, Coburg North, where we’ll be teaming up with our friends from Moon Dog Craft Brewing to present our biggest line-up yet, as part of Good Beer Week 2023. Tickets are on sale here or can be purchased at the door, and we’re proud to be able to present the full line-up to you now.
In our main event, two fan favourites head to head for the Renegades of Wrestling Championship, as Rat Daddy defends against Caveman Ugg.
Ugg won a number one contenders match at The Return of the Renegades and wasted no time in confronting the champion backstage after the event. Will the reign of the champion end before it truly begins? Or will Rat Daddy overcome the odds at The Industrique?
Since defeating Shazza McKenzie to become ROW Women’s Champion in March, Aysha has already successfully defended the championship five times, up and down the east coast of Australia!
She will face her toughest opponent yet, as she faces DELTA, who has been dominant nationwide since bursting onto the scene just a couple of years ago. While the odds seem to be stacked in favour of Aysha, we’ve seen time and time again that she will do what it takes to secure a win, by any means necessary!
The longest rivalry in Renegades of Wrestling comes to a violent end on Sunday, May 21, as the Bastard Brothers (KrackerJak & GORE) face the Velocities (Paris De Silva & Jude London), with the winners becoming the FIRST EVER ROW Tag Team Champions!
It was KrackerJak & GORE who attacked the Velocities at our debut event in April last year, and these two teams have been going back and forth ever since. But now it must end in a match where there are THREE STAGES OF HELL, and one team will have to defeat their opponents twice in one night:
- The first fall will be under standard rules, where a win can be secured via pin or submission, and disqualifications apply.
- The second fall is under “street fight” rules, where anything goes!
- The third fall, should it be required, will only end when one member from either team winds up on a BED OF NAILS!
Get ready for a spectacle unlike any other, as two of the top teams in Australia today compete to become our first-ever tag team champions!
Hailing from Birmingham, England (via New Zealand), “The Hooligan” Marcus Kool has been dominating the wrestling landscape worldwide.
On Sunday, May 21 at Brewery Brawl, he goes up against “Absolute Excellence” Anth Cava, who has been taking it to some of the toughest wrestlers that Australia has to throw at him in recent times, and continues to grow his “Cava Section” month by month!
Six of Australia’s top prospects will compete in the first-ever Moon Dog Cup Battle Royal on Sunday, May 21, with the winner advancing through the ranks in the Renegades of Wrestling women’s division.
The aim of the match is to throw all other six competitors over the top rope, and the last woman standing will be crowned the winner of the Moon Dog Cup!
Lochy Hendricks has declared that “Loverboy” is dead, and now we are seeing the birth and rise of “The Aspirationalist” Lochy Hendricks instead.
His first major challenge will see Lochy facing the returning Fun Time Phil, a fan favourite for many in Australian wrestling. How will “Fun Time” fare against “The Aspirationalist” on Sunday afternoon, May 21?
Finally, Santiago Silva is out for revenge, having been cheated out of victory in his Renegades debut against Jarvis by the other members of The Ambush.
But the spicy one isn’t coming alone in this one, and he has enlisted Big Dude Energy, who make their long-awaited ROW debut, against three of the most hated competitors in Australian wrestling today.
It all goes down on Sunday afternoon, May 21, at the Industrique (5-7 Louvain St) in Coburg North, as part of Good Beer Week! Doors open 3 pm, with the event ending by 8 pm, so you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy the proceedings and get home early.
Tickets are available at the door or online here.
Don’t miss out! 18+ event.
